Processing

Please give us some time to process your order(s). Item printing & packaging process usually takes up to 4-5 days (excluding weekends) before we ship out your items.

International Shipping 

BananaFC offer standard delivery priced from free to $2.99

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) : 

• Europe, North America (Region 1): 10-18 working days
• Asia (Region 2): 14-20 working days
• Rest of the World (Region 3): 3-4 working weeks 

Please note that once the delivery is made, we have no control of the shipment. The items might arrived late due to the delay while going through customs or during the holiday season. 

Cancelling an order/ Made changes to order

If you misplaced an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible to check if you are eligible to make any changes. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, you are not able to make any changes anymore. 

Return

We do not accept any return. It is because the cases are made specially for you. 

Refunds

If you received broken items, you may be eligible for a refund. 

All broken items are eligible for refund only if you send us a picture of the spoilt item within 14 days of the order being delivered. 

Lost package during delivery

In rare cases, your package may be lost during delivery. If this happened to you, you are eligible for a full refund or we can send you the same items FREE of charge.
